Purchase proposals are automatically generated and transferred into purchase orders. Extra purchase orders or order changes are suggested if necessary. Furthermore you can register actual deliveries and compare them to the original purchase order. The purchased goods are hosted in the stock administration.
Greenhouse Registration:
IS Agriware offers the possibility to register all your plants in a structural way in order to tracking them. You can register the germination percentage on variety level and master data like growth schemes, activities, norm hours and production locations. Furthermore you can register phases and activities and articles like flats, pots and so on. Besides IS Agriware provides you with the current greenhouse inventory at any given time. Sales:
IS Agriware allows you to streamline all your sales activities in one system. Sales orders are matched to stock availability. Sales orders, sales offers, Customer Relation Management and auction letters are all supported within the standard of IS Agriware. Sales statistics and revenues are available in the solution
Transport:
The application Transport Planning is available for deliveries and scheduling routes. You can add flexible routes based on cart classifications. It is also possible to divide one order over multiple routes and still maintain overview. The system is well suited for the dynamic bedding plants deliveries. It gives you the opportunity to schedule all your deliveries; from very large orders (even with multiple trucks) to one single case, box or tray.
Auction:
Our software also supports the handling through the auction. It is linked according to the current Florecom protocols. Auction letters, EAB’s and Order messages are handled accordingly to these protocols. The Plantconnect link will follow soon.
Invoicing:
After delivery the invoicing takes place. This invoicing and processing to Financial Administration is fully integrated in the system. Our software also supports the handling through the auction. Based on deliveries, it is also possible to invoice directly.
Financial:
Our software supports the complete financial process, from budget to processing bank statements. The system provides your company’s performance information and allows you to make timely adjustments whenever necessary.
