The solution for the growing of vegetables covers the total production process of your plants, from sewing plans to transport and the financial process. The production is often customer specific but stock production is also supported.
One integrated system allows you to monitor all processes in your greenhouse.
Purchase:
IS Agriware fully supports purchase processes within your company. You will gain insight in the purchase planning of your seeds and Rockwool pots. Purchase proposals are automatically generated and are transferred into purchase orders. Extra purchase orders or order changes are suggested if necessary. Furthermore you can register actual deliveries and compare them to the original purchase order. The purchased goods are hosted in the stock administration.
Planning:
Based on your forecast IS Agriware allows you to make your planning. The system simulates production orders and shows you the impact on required resources and space. The system supports the grafting process in order to connect the production of root- and upper stocks. You can register the germination rates of each variety and master files like growth schemes, activities, norm hours and production locations (locations and sections). Furthermore you can register stock-articles and set up phases and activities.
Production history -stored in the central database- allows you to take decisions for the future based on clear growth statistics.
Sales:
IS Agriware allows you to streamline all your sales activities in one system. After production the system generates cargo loading proposals, packing notes, delivery notes and, if necessary, transport documents for abroad. Prepayments, are integrated in the system. In case of an grafted plant the GMO subsidy is applicable. For each sales order there will be a final invoice on which prepayments are credited.
Transport:
The application Transport Planning is available for deliveries and scheduling routes. You can add flexible routes based on cart classifications. It is also possible to divide one order over multiple routes and still maintain overview. The system gives you the opportunity to schedule all your deliveries; from very large orders (even with multiple trucks) to one single case, box or tray.
Financial:
Our software supports the complete financial process, from budget to processing bank statements. The system provides your company’s performance information and allows you to make timely adjustments whenever necessary.
